It is interesting because this scientist, Dr. Roy, is prepared to give a timeline to his research. He feels that he should take five years for him to develop methods of growing a human organ from a single stem cell. This is very promising; the ability to grow organs for transplant on demand (and that will not be rejected by the immune system) is a vital technology for near-term healthy life extension.
