ABCNews is covering recent advances in stem cell work. Researchers have managed to coax a person's bone marrow stem cells into becoming useful nerve cells. This is a great first step on the road towards growing organ replacements that are not rejected and curing all sorts of degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's.
