Supplements occupy something of a middle ground in the science-business rift over healthy life extension. On the one hand, the weight of evidence is that taking supplements will help you retain your good health for longer; on the other hand, supplements are aggressively marketed by some groups as anti-aging pills, complete with exaggerated claims.
